That's what the homeowner told me, ive heard it so many times before. The owner said its been detected many times over the years and there was nothing left. Managed to score the kg 2, silver clog clasp a couple broache's and a nice colonial button

Great stuff. I told the same thing the other day but was told basically no to the hunt because I "will not find anything there". He said there "hasn't been a house there since the 1950's". Man the cellar hole spot looked so good and I wanted to hunt it bad but he insisted I will "not find anything there". I know there was lots to be found but he was convinced and stubborn. He directed me to a old trash dump on his other property. Thanks but no thanks! [emoji30]

Some just have different definitions of what "nothing" entails. They might consider those finds as "nothing". No gold, no silver, no platinum, "if ain't seated, it ain't .....", etc.

Sure doesn't look like "nothing" to me!!

I was challenged one day. He bet me that I could NOT find ANYthing!!! In this park!
I said, wanna bet? He did, a buck!
I turned on my machine, set it down, swept left, right, dug up the pulltab and held it up, smiling.

He said, anything GOOD!

I said.......Too late!
