As Star Person Incarnate Human Fran has noted, these "mysterious" sky sounds are "produced" by the actions of Star Visitors in conscious resonance with Mother Earth, the Star Visitors making that resonance amplified to the point of unmistakable audibility for Humans in a given area.

The Star Visitors involved maintain a respectful focus on Gaia/Earth and her innate resonant vibrational chords, and amplify those Earth-sound chords to a point where Humans cannot fail to notice them.
So the first point of these audible exercises is to bring respectful attunement to Gaia/.Mother Earth to the awareness of the Humans upon Mother Earth.
The second point of these audio exercises is to make Humans inquire as to where these large mystery sounds come from, and to arrive at the correct conclusion that Star Visitors have a hand in this process. And thus to gently compel Humans to face the fact that they are not alone in this universe.
And as Fran points out, the third point of these "mystery" sound exercises is to urge the government to end the UFO Cover-Up promptly, and stop keeping from people the information the government has on UFOs and Star Visitors.
What would happen if these "mystery" sounds were to occur, quite loudly, right over Washington, DC?
And were to continue hour after hour until people demanded from their Congressmember and Senator an explanation for this large phenomenon?

The frequencies we perceive is our reality. There are other frequencies all around us that we aren't able to realize but they still exist. Like veil covering our senses. Like a FM radio signal. We can tune into a certain frequency but there can be many other frequencies in the band. We "tune them out". Same thing with the Cosmos.

I have read that this coming November, when Earth will be aligned to the center of our Galaxy, the purpose will be to to change the way we perceive our reality. To expand our conciousness. To better understand that we are not alone in the Universe. And that our true purpose will be known. Why we are here, where we came from and what's in store for us.

There is nothing to fear. It will (is) happening whether we want it or not. Part of our journey. We are made of Starstuff.

If as every end-time legend, promises, there will be a turning point. A fork in the road that each of us will have to make our own choice, better not burn your bridges. Keep an open mind.

The method for sharing the knowledge in bit & pieces is called the "Acclimation Program" widely developed by Col. Corso in the '50s. Using a very popular informational magazine. POPULAR MECHANICS. Here is a bit of that history:

There is an "acclimation program" that the government is conducting to get people used to the idea of UFO reality and Star Visitor contact.

And they're doing it by gradual measures.

One of the vehicles they use to get the word out to the working class stiffs is Popular Mechanics. It's sort of the working man's version of Aviation Week and Space Technology, which is the elite's version of leaking classified developments in aerospace. Joe Lunchpail gets an occasional tidbit, too. Perhaps you've seen the current Popular Mechanics cover photo -

"Air Force's Nuclear Flying Saucer." That's not the only story of interest. This issue is worth getting, November 2000.

This is a little fun. A word says volumes here. Softening up the beachhead, they have an article about the odds against "ET". But when you read it carefully, it's about the odds for "ET". It's telling the average guy and gal about all the advances in astronomy, how they keep finding more and more planets out there around stars - and even Earth-size planets, and a few that look like they're in the inhabitable zone. It's like the three bears and porridge - if your planet is too close to the sun, you fry. If it's too far out, you freeze. There's that inhabitable zone. In our system, it's roughly Venus-Earth-Mars. Other star systems have similar zones.

They go through the arithmetic on it here. And they use the famous astronomer Frank Drake's formula for the likelihood of intelligent life - life numerous enough, around enough stars, for long enough, that there would be enough civilizations (though they fall and rise) who are currently in a high phase of development to reach out to neighboring star systems and visit them, such as folks are doing to Earth. Drake came up with a mathematical formula based on the billions and billions of stars there are, and found out the odds for intelligent life visiting other star systems are very good.

Here are just two sentences from the Popular Mechanics article: "With the discovery of each new extra-solar planet, the odds of finding intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy increase." The other sentence of interest is: "The more extra-solar planets astronomers find, the more likely ET will finally call home - our home planet, that is." Are they softening up the beachhead?

Your tax dollars at work. And now, "Air Force's Nuclear Flying Saucer." There is a drawing of the Lenticular Re-Entry Vehicle, as they so melodiously call it. It's rounded, except it's got a flat back. It's 40 feet across. The average saucer is 30 feet across, so it's a little bigger than that. They say, "The operational mission design is an ability to stay up for six weeks at an orbital altitude of 300 nautical miles." That's not thin air; that is space. That is sucking vacuum. That's out there. 300 miles up is way up. This thing - which I'm sure if you saw it going up you'd say it was a UFO, because it's the rounded design you see - is nuclear powered, 300 miles up, and the crew can stay up for six weeks.

Now, how long has this thing been flying? One year? Five years? Here's the sentence: "It was classified on December 12, 1962." That's 40 years ago, roughly.

There are apparently some rules about direct involvement of SVs and their physically helping share the wealth. They have been working side-by-side with the Military for over fifty years in Black Projects. Some people involved in the projects decided to keep certain technologies for themselves. For personal gain maybe but does the Military Industrial Complex ring a bell?

These people, businesses, governments and countries are what we call the CABAL. There plans are clear and they have been working steadily towards world domination since 1919. Funded by the most powerful families in America. So that is why CABAL is called, and rightfully so, evil. In their minds the world population is unsustainable and needs to be culled down. Culled by them over a long period by sickening the population, weakening our minds and ability to think rationally, start wars, famines, genocide and whatever they can use to cloak themselves from discovery.

Thousands of good people have put their careers and lives on the line to blow the whistle on these guys. And it's beginning to scare the CABAL. Like the X-Files only this isn't television. It is as real as death.

Why are we drugging any student which shows any signs of independence? Think a smart student does their best critical thinking while drugged? Did we vote for the drugging programs?

You just need to start looking at facts. The Cabal can't ignore or lie to everyone all the time. The truth is out there and available to anyone. Regarding YouTube and online sites: There are many people and organizations dedicated to covering up the truth. Photos, images and videos are easily doctored. And sites are overwhelmed by comments designed to belittle us.

FUD: Fear,uncertainty and doubt. That's the only weapon they use all the time. But they are not above murder. I wish I knew how to disrupt or disable the Cabal. WE may never know who the white hats are in the Cabal. Without them we would still be in the dark. Thank you folks from the bottom of our hearts!

I had "star people" with me when I heard the same sounds. Quit doing acid that night! I stopped seeing star people, but still hear the sounds shortly after mexican night at the local diner.
