Beautiful ace, that last one that is pictured, how long did it take you do make that?

I really can,t say ........I enjoy myself so much when I build I lose track of time.... and that piece is called a Shaker sewing desk....

I have a few mini metal detectors i will have to take a few pics.... ;D

Sweeeeet! I can't wait to see them! Those would be cool to use in shadow box displays of finds too!! :o

Cyn. You are really a gifted woman, did you make those gloves ? That must have been abit difficult.

Ace Your minature furniture is great. Have you made a dolls house to put it all in?

Thank you both for showing us your talents.

I have not made any gloves...made a lot of slippers one year but no gloves. lol hmmmmm maybe I should give it a try! ;D

Thought I saw a pair of gloves amongst the knitting. I presumed you had made them, my mistake :icon_scratch: Maybe a knitted pair would be easier, I tried knitting with 4 needles once, made a pair of socks, but working with 4 needles ....aint easy :icon_scratch:

You know its good to see that we can do more than poke around in the dirt....

Gator-Flea.............

You guys and gals are good...

I like making decoys....I'm just not very good at it... :tard: ;D

I like to build boats when I get time off. So far I have built a 14ft x 4ft sailboat and a 16ft x 5ft jonboat. Its a lot of fun, challenging, and keeps me out of trouble. You guys are a very talented bunch!

John, do you sell your boats or just use them yourself? That's a pretty useful skill as well! Nice work........

Sweeet! You are obviously very talented!

Thank you Cynangyl. You are sweeet for saying that!

Thanks Kathy. I just build them for myself. Because of the way that I work, it may take quite a while for me to finish one; hard to keep a deadline that way. If I remember when I get home in mid Feb., I'll put up a few pics of the sailboat in action and the jonboat.

I forgot to put this in my last post. To ACE250, You are one talented person. Building full size boats is a chore,(all be it one that I enjoy immensely) I can't imagine the patience and steady hands it takes to do what you do. You rock dude! Thank you for sharing the pictures.

building boats is way more than a hobby, I can't imagine taking on such a project. I remember making paper boats as kids and mine never did float.
