Is that an acquired skill or does it take pratice?

Not much skill required because he is such an easy target ;D

You keep hiding replies like these in posts which you know I usually don't click on. Stop doing that! LMAO! :D Sometimes it takes me Six Months to find 'em. :tongue3:

Kathy

Thank ya Kathy! Im lov'n your bead work too girl!

Wow Trish!
It took me a minute to figure out that the chimney is the handle of the milk jug.
I going to make some now! What a great idea.
I am so impressed. Did you come up with that idea on your own?
Also the way you decorated them is awesome.

Buddy~

How do you attach the roof ?

thank you Buddy...yes they are my own creation, as a matter of fact, after i 'created' them i had a copy write put on them because i wanted to put them in craft magazines, but like everything else i start, i never finish :-\
I have a whole huge box of printed instructions if you want me to scan one and email it to you?

And your right, the chimney is the handle! You have to cut out the bottom of the third milk jug, then cut it in the center starting at the left corner going down to the bottom right corner of the cut piece. Be alot easier if i emailed you the instructions. I havent made them in a long time. Let me know and i'll send ya a copy.

I like the bird houses, too!

They are very pretty!

I can't believe how talented everyone is when they're not out
hunting for Relics, Seated's and Colonial Coppers :o.

I like to paint watercolors when I'm not out hunting. . .

Gosh, those are really pretty, TKG.
An awful lot of work! Good thing it's fun!!!

Of course you can sketch...
Just start doing it.

I recently read that a famous painter made a comment that a fine painting
is the sum of a succession of corrections.

Sketching?
Begin with the basic shape, then modify it this way or that way.
Then work on detail a bit at a time, refining the end product as a whole until it suits your purposes.

Of course some people are gifted and are capable of doing it quickly and accurately.
That doesn't mean the rest of us can't work at it! ;D

Do it!
;D

thanks for the encouragement but I will stick to the jewelry..my drawing is so bad I gotta label the stick people
