I am always making one thing or another but most of it gets claimed rather quickly so it makes it difficult to post pics lol I still can't show you the one til I get to Florida or will post a pic after I get back if I can't show you while I am there. Here are just a few of the things I make.

WOW everyone is so tallented. I crochet but can only crochet shells, blankets. wish i knew how to read the books to make more things.. :-\

Anyways, We have a ceder tree in the garden, it was struck by lightening & eventually came down. Instead of watching it rot or burning it to remove it, I would like some ideas what I can make out of the branches.
I like the walking sticks but would love to know how to bend the handles.
I love the pipes & flutes but not sure how to drill such a long length.
Also how do ppl make the markings on the wood? do they burn them in..

ANY ideas are appreciated. Thankyou for your time.

Molly. :)

The rolls look GREAT, Cyn!

Thanks...those last the least amount of time of anything I make! lol I have done just about every craft I have ever heard of but as soon as my mom or one of my kids sees whatever I have made it is gone....once they get all that they want then I start giving them to other people. I once crocheted a blanket that went clear to the floor on every side of a king size bed...took me forever....then I had a friend who loved it that really needed cheering up and yep....there it went! lol I don't regret giving away anything I have ever given anyone, just wish I had taken pics of some of the stuff before I gave it away so I could still look back and see them, especially some of the shirts I painted for the state hwy oiling crew or the kids teachers so I could remember which all ones I did. lol

these are some of my creations.....

talk about a lot of time and patience that is talent.

ACE........all I can say is WOW! The detail in those pieces is amazing! Some may not have noticed that those are doll furniture, thank you so much for sharing them.

What do you do with your pieces? Are there some lucky little girls with the best furnished dollhouses?

Kathy

Cyn, you are a VERY talented lady! I wish I could do stuff like that! It's no wonder your stuff gets scooped up as soon as you can finish it. My older sister learned to knit and crochet from our Mother but I never did. Wish I had paid more attention now that I am older and my Mom is gone....

I'm glad I started this thread, so many cool people with such a variety of talents!

Kathy

I am real glad you started the thread too....it amazes me how very talented some of our members are....I can't believe how many incredible craftsman and artists you have revealed here....great topic!!

I am impressed, BIG TIME

As a builder of full-size furniture, I can appreciate the effort that has to go into producing miniatures; the tolerances, etc

Beautiful stuff !

Yes they are 1/12th scale one inch = one foot. The tallest piece is six inches... And it is sad to say I only have boys..... but I hope to have a happy granddaughter some day..

The pieces you see are prototypes for a Miniature class I teach every year in New Orleans....

Thanks I have a few more if Y'all would like to see them....

I hope not!!!!!!! ;D
