This is by far the best condition coin I have ever found!!

And I got the live dig on video!! Coming soon to a theater near you!!

[chkn]

That is a beauty! It looks like it was dropped yesterday!

[Silverseeker]

Ron, I think I said XF in my last post in response to that coin. I think I was wrong.... that thing is uncirculated. Amazing!

[Ron (CA)]

No pictures, no videos, it didn't happen. just kidding

David-- there is a picture!

[treblehunter]

Could be worth quite a bit more than both those estimates, look at this link, MS 50 is 1070.00, If I found it I'd sent it in to NGC and get it graded.

That is truly amazing for a dug coin! Congrats!

It must have fallen off the the mint's delivery wagon! Go look for more!

[jewelerguy]

absolutely beautiful. congrats!

[looknforgold]

WOW! That's what I'm talking about, can't wait to see the Video, are you on YouTube?

[leprechaun]

very super nice find.

[cti4sw]

Oh my, that is nice! possibly a $250- $300 coin.

Possibly more than that. Red Book says it's Mint State if there's no visible wear, and I can't see any. Obviously it circulated enough to get into the ground, but I suppose it could've been dropped by someone who just got it from a bank. In MS-60 it Red Books at $1,500 and in AU at $500.

She is a beauty Ron ! Can't wait to see the video !

[mr_larry]

She is a stunner! Nice going Ron!

[DirtDodger]

Great coin, nice shape, congrads!!! Really low mintage - 157,500...

As for as condition and worth, as a 'dug coin' it would never grade in MS (Mint State) because of surface. It would likely grade XF45... great details, but lacking the surface to grade higher.

Here is a link that has fair market prices: Liberty Seated Dimes NumisMedia Price Guide-Good-MS60 $420+;

Please remember the values are what you would expect to pay for a coin like that... not what a dealer would pay. It's same for all price guides...
