YES..first gold of the year.

I told my Wife yesterday "somewhere in that field is some gold" well danged if I didn't eyeball it before my coil ever hit it this morning. Had a good downpour that packed down the soft dirt from the plough. Six years at this spot and finally some gold. No K# but it tested 14K and weighed 1.20 grams.I'd say by the makers mark it's an oldie,it just looks it.

Nice find! Your ring was made by the Allsopp Brothers somewhere between the 1890s and 1930s. I found a ring a while back with the same marking. That's a nice old piece of gold! HH!
