Another good nickel box

After traveling to 5 different banks looking for halves and got skunked on all $440 dollars worth I did find a new dump bank. I was also able to get a head teller to order me halves every week

I went to work came home and went through a box of nickels

found 37 pre 59 and a v nickel!!!!! first one

here are the dates

1905 V nickel smooth but date is still legible

Congrats on your 1st V! That is the 3rd 1905 V nickel that has been reported on this forum in the last week or so. Gotta love nickel boxes.

I really enjoy searching niit was a 1904ckel boxes, I remember my first V nickel in december of 2010. It was a 1904 nickel with good detail. Went to pick up a box of nickels from my bank but they were low in every coin box type excet dimes, so I bought them. 1963d roosie.
