Anyone know what these letters stand for?

Found a war of 1812 navy button about two weeks ago at my site tonight I dug a small cuff? Button with a design on it went home and passed out lol after I woke up I checked it nigh a magnifying glass and was shocked another warnof 1812 button I believe this one has a canon and canon balls eagle and under the canon looks like it says 1 R L G does anyone know what that stands for? Thanks third pic is the navy button I found two weeks ago

Thank you very much! I am wondering if it was normal to be in the navy as the first war of 1812 button was a navy button and also be in artillery ? Or if I have two different persons buttons?

Very nice finds! The only 1812 artifact I have is a cannonball from the March, 1813 British bombardment of Lewes, Delaware. The British were demanding the locals supply the fleet blockading the Delaware Bay with beef and vegetables, which was refused, resulting in a 22 hour long attack with cannons and Congreve rockets (their first ever use in war). This resulted in only one dead chicken and one wounded pig, and some damaged buildings. One still has a cannonball lodged in it's foundation to this day. A commemoration of that event some years ago was attended by a representative of the British navy, who joked it proved the accuracy of the British navy that they could hit a chicken at a thousand yards!

Thank you so much I read a name Francis Taylor listed in the read my other war of 1812 button belonged to issac t Taylor his dad Jonathan Taylor purchased this property in 1791 1000 acres he was in the rev war under van ness or nest regiment . I’m wondering since I found a war of 1812 button and a war of 1812 artillery button if they belonged to the same person but maybe another son or relative was in artillery anyhow thanks a million
