California Sluice Box Company is no longer in business. I called and talked to the owner little over a year ago. Facing some serious health concerns, he was shutting down and selling off his product line. I really felt bad for the guy and wished him well. Just so happens that a company called Wilson Brothers Prospecting (WBProspectingLLC.com) bought rights to the hand crank trommel and maybe a concentrator but I think thats it. The bucket concentrator is cheap and works well on my drywash cons. They should be at the Vegas gold show end of February.

Running a business in California sucks. I opened my mining supply shop in 1974. I am seriously considering going internet only and closing the brick and mortar ( it really is brick and mortar). Tired of jumping threw hoops.

Yes, I have the sluice, but not the hopper. I have even used it without classifying quite successfully.

I bought two hand crank trommels and a sluice box from Dale at California Sluice and they are top notch products and Dale was a great guy to deal with. I am sorry he is having health problems and my prayers go out to him and his family. God be with you, Dale.
