NEAT STUFF....If you can find someone or maybe you can get that lock cleaned up and it will probably turn out nice. & An older lead wadcutter bullet in good shape "I SAVE MOST EVERYTHING" So I try to save at least 1 example of bullet I find [prob-for that bullet board that will never happen] ,but anyway or sell all unwanted lead to a scrap yard OR in "the great ammo shortage /ban " old lead can be recast into new bullets. maybe it came off a treasure chest full of coins that the detector didnt pick up.

Neat but odd finds- a lock with nothing to lock and an unfired slug. Put on your best detective hat and get back there and find the rest of the story.
