Hit it up with Mom and Arty once more at our sacred fields. Im now weilding the T2 with the 13" Ultimate coil and it really is a deeper machine now. Decided to hit a grassy part of a field we havn't been to yet and immediately found where a house or barn sat , iron city. Worked our way around there and within 1 hour pulled 4 coppers out of the soil. 1 of the coppers I think is really old but not sure what it is. Some kind of Irish Half penny of sorts. The other coppers were George II's and the large cent wast 1830's. Left there when the signals ran dry and found copper 5 in the big central field. Decided to hit the field next to it for a change and immediately headed to the back where it butts up against the nipple button and bust coin field. Coppers 6,7,8,and 9 came out of this field. All Georges of some sort. Found a good amount of buttons again, 34. This puts my button count up to 172 and copper count to 18 for 4 days of 8-10 hours of swinging each day. We have been the luckiest people alive to happen on to these fields and find the things we find. May the signals never die!

Wow ! What a fantastic hunt ! Congrats !

Jim, no words can express the joy you all are feeling when hunting that area, what a day, but boy you do put in the hours! 1680s(1686?) James II Irish Halfpenny.............

Thanks guys. Don thanks so much I was just clicking the JamesII took me forever to find it with the bust facing left! Looks like 1686 man thats old...There aren't ever enough hours in the day. My legs will forgive me one day..

I'd say so, Jim! Awesome finds. The most colonial coppers I've found in a day are 2. That's awesome man!

Wow, that's a spot of a lifetime you guys have found. Those are some impressive totals and that James II is awesome!!!

Wow Jim, it's amazing what you are harvesting from those fertile fields! The only thing better than seeing a large copper in the hole is seeing early silver!! Nine coppers in one day doesn't happen very often.

Tremendous Jim! The T2 looks like what I am going to buy in a couple weeks. Your hunt just confirmed it. Hogge

Thats alot of coppers!!!

When we first opened this site up we stayed til well after dark. I have thought about camping there for the weekend....Its a sickness really. Hogge the T2 will NOT let you down..

Thanks Steve I have never found 9 coppers in any hunt so I am very fortunate.

Holy crap.that's one heck of a hunt way to go.

Awsome job, you put your time in for sure!

Man you guys are absolutely killing it!! Nine early coppers is unheard of for a single hunt. I know you hope this site of a lifetime never comes to an end, but with all the fields that are still producing I feel that you guys will be pulling some nice ones from there for quite a while to come. Congrats on another super hunt!!!

Wow, what a day!!!! I may have to relocate to the south of Jersey. Congrats!
