Until someone pipes in - I searched google and found (references 1994): California Suction Dredge Permitting Program and California Frequently Asked Questions - Existing Suction Dredge Permits...

Actually there is chart, that shows which rivers can be dredged, when they can be dredged. The hard copy I had has disappeared, and I can't find my Link to the PDF file...

Found the 1994 regs - can't get them to copy and paste. Was your copy a list/table of open/closed areas - "H -open all year, etc." ?
if so, give me the river and i'll give you the restrictions. (or by county) - I found the info on p. 25, does that ring a bell, or not?

Well, oak - Iwent back and checked the cover page - its the FEIR dated April 1994, not the actual regs. Might make a difference.

Just go to CDFG website as new lousy crappy SEIR has them as a comparison to their promulgated insanity. I got plenty of copies, what ya lookn' for?? Can PM/email-John

Hoser

There is a chart that shows the river deisignation, a,b,c,d, ect, and then a list of counties and the designation of each river in the county...

Looking for a pdf copy of the 1994 california suction dredge regulations. I also encourage everyone to join AMRA on facebook American Mining Rights Association.
