Treebeard sounds about right. Poor tree had a lot of injuries to develop those knots.

You can get all kinds on here who criticize what another person's eyes see. For instance, in the following image I see a man (actually a child) on the left, bear in the middle, and rattle snake on the bear's neck . . .

Then there is the thread (http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/what/66084-unusual-piece-stone-found-arkansas.html) where the writing on this stone is actually attributed to "worms".
