Hill Billy Hunting In Ky

[Hill Billy]

Today I went out and hit a site after I finished up with work and froze my butt off.
Started out digging some flat buttons and then I dug part of a spur. Carried on a bit more and then came the barrel taps. Short while later came the first LC for the year, in pretty good shape.
All in all a great hunt!
Happy Hunting,

Hill

As Always HB.......Outstanding Mike

Thanks Mike

No sooner than I get my complete spur, you gotta go dig another piece of one. 8) That's a great hunt, guy! A nice looking largie like that has a home in any collection. Nice restoration on the suspender clip. Boiling water?

Wish I'd gone with you that day instead of what I ended up doing!

Hey, don't step on one of your spurs when you step out of bed in the morning.

Nice work, my friend.

You should have gone digging with me that day instead of driving around looking for a spot to dig.
I'm sure that the finds are still there, I will go back and find more.

Nice beast! I'd take her!

She's there for the taking, we just have to find her.

Congrats on the first LC of the year. I'm ready for this weather to warm up a little. Sure you are too.

Yes I'm ready for a warm up, the sites are calling. All we need is a rain to come through and thaw the ground and I am back with a shovel digging holes.
