I did not eat my fries - I like fries but do try to eat healthier when i can
I did eat salad down there and some broiled fish dinners too
had a nice real tuna and mahi salad my last meal down there

Fried grouper is out of this world...

Damn, you're making me hungry! :tongue1:

No reason to waste time detecting!

Grouper cooked anyway is great. Fried Mangrove & Yellowtail snapper, Cobia & Wahoo. Mahi on the grill with butter & lemon. Smoked Kingfish. Yum ๐Ÿ˜‹
I dont remember if i tried cobia - have had everything else
had wahoo in key west yrs ago
have had mahi mahi many ways - I caught bunch of huge ones on a private charter in Bahamas
yrs ago - filled the fridge with bags of it and was trading it and giving it away at resort
caught a huge King along with bunch of tuna on a private Key west charter and cooked bunch
at resort and used all the resorts huge grills and made like 5 different sauces - i walked around with a huge serving tray offering people the tuna - we ate the king

I had a guy i worked with that loves grouper - my last trip to the Gulf side which i think was 2019
I had grouper at every restaurant i went to for breakfast lunch and dinner and sent pics to him
- pissed him off but he thought it was funny - i had it cooked every which way you can - i enjoyed myself

Well as a commercial fisherman in the keys, grouper was my big money maker. I would get 4 bucks a pound, and they would sell it retail for 8. My best trip to the tortugas and beyond we filled the boat with 13,000 pounds in 5 days.

Grouper is one of the best....so is mahi !! Good stuff Casper!!
One of my favorites used to be in Key West - Bo's fish wagon
I think its gone now - grouper on a Cuban roll = the best
