I believe I found a civil war belt buckle today...

Don’t know much about civil war relics but this buckle sure looks like many i have seen on this forum, it was about ten inches down at first I thought it was a big piece of copper until I seen the eagle on the front and about five feet away a huge religious medal witch was around 9 inches down...

so this would have been the type of buckle worn by indain war era soldiers --like custer and his men at the little big horn in 1876 being its a 1874 model saber belt (cavalry)...
