I pulled these from a Free Pile

The green enamel on the 2 burner is quite nice - plugged it in ,both cooking surfaces glow nicely .

I'm not sure what the other cooks , the top wood knob has a " J " shaped stirring stick .
It's heating element glows nicely too .

Both have no markings .

I agree, it's a popcorn maker. I have seen similar vintage popcorn makers with a stirring handle like that one. I have not see this particular style but I still believe that it is a popcorn maker, probably dating to the 1940's.
