In a Quandary

[Aquitaine]

I came across this artwork and searched the name Brunet that shows on the bottom right corner of the artwork, plus Google Lens and I can't locate this particular scene by Brunet. It's a large print, the frame is damaged and I'm in a quandary if it's worthwhile to reframe. It's still sitting at the 2nd hand store where I spotted it.

google image search using 'Eiffel Tower painting by Brunet' brought up at least 3 different results of that print. All seem to be listed in Europe and not particularly valuable. Here's one of the results....

It is pretty nice, I don't see any damage to the print itself, although not worth much. The frame will most likely cost more..lol..Thanks so much!!
