W.O.W. And the stump make me think of the "Woodmen Of the World", A fraternal order, My Grandfather was a member. The lead soldier is using a ranrfinder.
picture #1 looks like a knife, #2 looks like a straight razor. cool finds ..HH

wow thanks for all the input... I do find a lot of relics just for the face I did a lot of non coin sounding signals... as long and I can get a mostly consistent back and for signal I'll dig it that why I find neat stuff like this. I have more junk items than I do coins and I also like the history of stuff. I'll post more of my relics I find... I like em too I have more relics than I do coins for sure!

The Woodmen of the World organization was founded in 1890 so it could be that old...

This is a motto to live by. I wouldn't have but 10% of the collection I do if I had dug only coin signals. So many cool and valuable items to be found that will never ring up as a coin. Plus, you get the whole picture of long ago that way--all the brass, pewter, lead, and iron items that were used everyday by people back then. Keep up the good work. That Woodmen badge is a great find.

Cheers,

Post em all :headbang:
Old Coins are great, but relics can be more interesting and of personal nature.
Congrats on your goodies!

old coins are nice to find but I myself love seeing the old lead soldiers or tootsie toys back in a time when kids played all day with imagination instead of today's video games.........cool finds Chukers
