if you nose around on the internet about blow guns it doesn't really look like they were using stone tipped darts...

Just found in New England. Not sure if it was a point or coincidence, but it sure looks it.

i just found THAT point on the coast in WA, same shape. size and material....an historic phase triangle side notch.
