Oak Island CTX3030 ?! Is it the mac daddy of MD's?

They plugged the CTX3030 MD tonight on Oak Island. Is that detector one of the best out there? Will is see a significant difference using it as opposed to a $300-$500 detector? What are benefits specifically of such an expensive MD. I ask this because I'm still deciding on what to buy.

You are correct my favorite detector is my explorer xs I paid 400 dollars for but at one time it was one of the more expensive. Sometimes you do get what you paid for. It just seems easy to say otherwise without actually trying one.

Sometimes you definitely get what you pay for...with some products the most expensive is the best...I was just making a general broad statement...I didn't mean anything by it.

I know what you mean and I was not singling anyone out. The only way I can post on topic is through the quote function with my phone its an android where my last was a iPhone and it was easier to post replies or pics sorry if I offended anyone.
