Possible scraper.

Found this today while on a hike with the kids. Is it a scraper? Seems to thick to be a point but does look like its worked. Also found the iphone 4 while walking out. Thanks for any help on this one.

Cute kids. Nice box turtle. No clue on the rock! Congrats on a day well spent with your kids! Very few parents get outdoors with their kids anymore. Great job.

Looks like it could be a preform that was lost or discarded because material didn't chip right(stack on one side) or a quick scraper. Either way a day well spent.

I'd say you found a scraper or crude blade, good eye! Nice material too!!!
