Well its time to pack up and head home to key largo. With all the talk of treasure I forgot to tell you guys about some of our other fun. One of the best times I had was when it rained one afternoon and we stayed inside and played board games. It brought back memories of childhood vacations with the family, and was a great time late into the night. We also ate some meals at our favorite places. Ocean grill is a 100 year old restaurant with awsome food and incredible decor. Waldos is located in the driftwood inn, this place has a nautical beach theme and is covered in driftwood and parts of many shipwrecks, its a must see popular spot with great food and drink. Some of the others included mulligans, cravings , and riverside cafe to name a few. I tried fishing a little and landed a monster barracuda at a very packed beach, it was a big one and took 10 minutes for me bring to the beach. I had a crowd form quickly and there were many ooooooos and awwwwwws at every leap !! I was somewhat of a celebrity after this and many conversations were had with people as a result. My son and I collected shells sharks teeth and he got his first piece of sea glass on this trip !! We also had a great time poolside with other guests here at the hotel, some of wich we see every year and have become friends with. So its by by to the 1715 fleet and back home to my beloved 1733 fleet sites. When im not searching for 1733 treasure on my own ,Ill be working with the Robinson brothers searching for the lost 1563 galleons angel bueno and la concepcion. Im slowly learning the 882 geo metrics mag and the sea spy mag. Having the opportunity to learn both mags is invaluable as not to many people know the ins and outs of both systems !! We have some great drop dives coming up too so ill be getting wet. We think someone has found a silver bar off our wreck or associated site. Im tracking the bar down now to check marks. Im back to work on my bosse boats for my day job and will be doing some fishing and dive trips this summer also. And as usual ill be up at the log lot turning mahogany logs into slabs, timber, and furniture in the evenings. Wooo hoooo homeward bound !!
