Serpentine

You know, its pretty rare to find serpentine with any level of clarity worth while to facet.
I was lucky to acquire a piece and finished it the other day:



It's a nice serpentine and weights in at 5.9 cts. Was HELL to polish, but am very happy with the results.

Now that is interesting. I've never seen a translucent serpentine... or a faceted one. Very nice. I bet it was a bit of fun. Hehh

Thank you DD. Yes, I was very lucky to get this. I haven't seen any faceted serpentine before this one either.
The brilliance (or glow, in this hazy stone) is quite amazing to. Such a stone belongs in every mineral collection!
