Shepherdess,

Well that's something we have in common....I also prefer eating cooked salmon cold.

WHADI, that's (a beautiful blue) killer! Love it! It has no mineral deposit on it.
Bill, That shrimp dish sounds amazing! I made salmon loaf last night. It is one of my comfort foods and I like it best cold.

Well we have 3 days of wet weather, the April showers are in May it seems again.
The planting of fields are like the permission said: "Have to wait till it dries up-soya is high-really high"
Well that's kind of good for the late to lunch guy getting out for a little hunt time.

Did a little read up on the frost effects on the Haskap blossoms-they can take -7 so I'm happy to read that one. Maybe I will be getting a a berry or 2 for the efforts yet.
Have a 800km round trip to the nursery on Friday-oh I am really not looking forward in driving that one through the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) on a Friday.
But my plan to rent the cube van from Home Depot got thrown out as somebody peeled the lid off the truck....

I did some calling up for rentals-like what the heck is this milage charge at .80 cents a KM-like I'm going to be renting from them-nope.
The final calls was a $190 plus/plus all the milage included.
25 trees, 120 - 4 yr old blueberry bushes, 200 strawberry plants, plus other supplies, organic root boosters....... Yup it's a load full.

[bill from lachine]

Jim,

Good luck with your Friday adventure here's hoping you can work around the worst of the rush hour traffic in GTA.

I just hope it just keeps going up, by the time I get around to the silver jewelry inventory maybe I will get a return from holding it since 1992.
30yrs almost-Now that is scary thinking about where had all time gone.....

[bill from lachine]

ARC,

It'll be interesting to see if the precious metals have an extended run or not, considering how much money has been printed lately to cover covid expenses the smart money is betting on inflation picking up.

That should give a nice boost to the demand.

[ARC]

IMO... There will be... what I will nickname now... a...

"Metals Frenzy"... In the very near future.

Mornin all.

You know you're getting old when , after calling the credit card company and online sales place over credit card billing you don't recognise.....To find yourself being the culprit who ordered the items.

Maybe I'll go drive around real slow with a turn signal on for miles , visit McDonalds today and demand a free coffee. Yell at some kids. Park crooked.
