I think it would work nicely in that environment, sweet place to explore for the gold.

It's got the 4 tie down loops in the box to keep the supplies from getting dislodged.
I love the spray on box liner that is a custom touch to protect the unit.
The only drawback is that they have to be licensed as a vehicle if one wants insurance-then it's a facilitator that insures them.
Exclusion in the policy-no AQUA-So if one dunks it-it's on the owner.
We opted for the work site tires over the ATV tire for durability, and they're a little better running the trails in snow.
Though they'll rip the lawns up more-which might be a big bonus.

Yeah its not deep, runs 10 miles,and has produced gold for 150 years.And in Virginia its legal to use it in a stream as long as you don't go above the 'high water mark' This particular stream has 5 gold mines & 3 silver mines just above it on the Mountains,dating back to mid 1800s.

Finally getting settled in back home, new job doing radio frequency interference hunting has bin great having fun with it.. Still detecting just not as often but Im starting to ramp back up...

Hey pepper I know y’all will enjoy your new ride. I got my side by side close to a year ago and we love it around the place here. Mines a 2016 model. It had 63 miles on it. Bought it from a realtor friend that let me detect his yard. I saw it in his huge garage one day and told him if he ever wanted to sell it let me know. The rest is history.
