I just love this movie clip.

Yeah that was a GREAT movie. Those silly little Fords whooped Ferrari but good, not once, but 3 years in a row ! LOL

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

Morning Pepper.

Fast forward a few decades. Dyson Racing (with their 1/4 million dollar Fords) whoops Ferrari's (multi million dollar cars) BAD LOL. I was there, and will never forget it,what a party Use to spend a lot of time at Dyson's shop in Poughkeepsie NY. Nothing pisses off Ferrari more that to be beat by a "Ford"

We're going to whip up some macaroni and cheese for supper. The comfort food is starting to taste good these days.

Jim, Yep we bake it in the oven with foil over it and then brown the cheese on the top under the broiler at the end. Our version has grated cheese on top instead of breadcrumbs. We'll have it with a side salad.

Sounds like a true Canadian version with the grated cheese.
Bread crumbs-say what-that's sacrilegious
Maybe a dabble of ketchup
