View attachment 1752064 this could be a good one.....it might be the long lost and heavily searched for "Guerrero" a very famous pirate slaver that sank somewhere here in keylargo. This would be a huge deal if it is....so I must check this one next. This one is deeper but I should be able to tell a lot by the type of ballast. Whatever it is it's a big one. I don't think anyone else has found this pile yet. It just popped up recently !!

I'd be camping on it overnight. Arm the watch with cutlasses and rig to repel boarders! :skullflag:

Sorry Bart, I didn't see a vote for your coin, or I would have.

Tryin' to learn about Artillery solid spherical shot is confusing! What ball went to what gun, etc.

I'll be turning 17 in less than a month, so I laid out my demands.

A. The whole family goes to Perryville Battlefield for the day.

B. Everybody in the family, (including myself) chips in $25-$50 for an inert Solid Shot, or Hotchkiss nose.

Think it'll work?

If not, I'll draw a picture of a Hotchkiss, and put it on my relic shelf...although shouldn't that be reserved for girls? Paper doll relics? ???

With .......(6) 9 pounders,(1) 24 pounder,(14) 12 pounders it would make a nice payday :)
