Nearly head to toe gal in a full length parka had the camera zoom to a car that had water over it's tires earlier. She emphasized water was ankle deep (!) on the grass earlier.
Kids were jumping off a wall repeatedly and celebrating in the background. She then mentioned she had not seen them....
