There were two blacksnakes in the yard yesterday. One about 3 ft long, the other a bit less. Both were friendly and we just let them be.

Heard another tree fall in last night's storm.
Here's some pics from one that broke in the prior storm I still don't have cleaned up. It put the first wrinkle in the polebarn.

Sorry to hear that you got a wrinkle on the new pole barn wall.
Sometimes I think that Mother Nature is just giving a little bit of a thumbs down to our structures that we constructed.
The math and geometry was calculated just right. As if I've been warned yet again who is really in charge of the forest.
