Looks like one of my repair jobs..

Still regret scrapping a tractor of Dads.
But yeah , sound logic being able to convert what is valued as scrap to scrap!

I should sell a couple tractors but dislike the traffic and looky lous and will you take a fraction of what your asking?

Drip systems can be very efficient, providing the person operating it knows
what the hell they are doing.

Critical things to watch for are Ph and PPM, both of which can change
on their own at times. Also, you'll need to insure the water temp is appropriate.
Be sure and soak your media (rockwool, expanded clay pellets, etc) well so that it
also is at the right Ph. I'm sure you already have an HVAC system to manage
the air temp. and humidity, so that should be OK.

The downside? If something goes wrong, you can lose your whole crop if
it's not quickly corrected. There are plenty of (expensive) digital monitoring
systems available, and I'd suggest for your purposes that one is installed to
keep an eye on things.

Just some suggestions from someone who's been there and done that a few times.

Yep ! He knows how to grow, and has the digital monitoring system. Trying to make it easy and efficient as dealing with the state regulations supplying dispensaries is a pain. I'm learning but since it's my property I kinda asked to be included. Plus I handle security. I have though about selling him the property and just get profit sharing. A silent partner if the red tape allows that.

With everything females these days, it seems very difficult to acquire seeds anymore. Do dispensaries sell them, if not how would one find them?
