So yesterday a scrap yard offered more money for my steel. So brain plan is to tilt the turret up, back the car hauler under set it down block the frame of hauler first though.
Slide it on, great except item is too heavy on the one side and the trailer is is sitting at a very weird angle.
Block trailer, push it off.
Load the truck with mixed wire, rims, brass, copper.
Had the 2 aluminum Honda bumpers in the truck. 16 pounds of extrusion aluminum.
The guy traded me for the 8 pounds of silver plated cutlery he had for me.
Works out that I'll strip the silver off, and get the same money back when I sell the brass back.
Now to torch the side off this unit.

Yeah turret had to be beefy ;given the leverage the ladder put on it.

Borrowed a dual axel trailer before I bought one. Oh boy did it squat with a tractor and implements.
Still , that was better than the other borrowed trailer my truck did a wheelie cornering with a tractor on it.
It was enough trailer though.

There seems to be an unwritten rule about weight capacities needing to be challenged , and an upgrade of capacity is never enough.

One way to cut down the population is use them on Florida's Large Mouth Bass for bait, I think a bass would hit them hard, I know the bass eat baby alligators!!

Well I'm sure that could be true but they are faster than a 3 legged dog. Maybe a trap would work. I don't think I could kill one but they are considered an invasive species.

Had to walk back to the side by side for the side cutters, gloves, operation of cutting 2 layers of chicken wire.
Picked it up walked to the mowed area. I've seen this one in the garden for a few years.
Few scales were ruffled but I think everything will be 👍.

I learned something interesting yesterday- I’m going to be a big sister. My mom is pregnant! She’s 9 weeks along and due December 31.

If that isn’t crazy enough, one of the first people I told said to get ready because they believe having a baby over 40 increases the odds of multiple births. So I looked it up and that is a fact. She’s 42. 🤪

My dad is better and they just bought a house here and moved back a couple of weeks ago. I’m in the process of moving back in with them and the “office” my dad has cheered about for weeks as they waited to close on the house is now going to be a nursery lmao.
