In our winter home down south we have hard water and installed a softener. Takes getting used to, but no more toilet rings or plugged up showers.
In our Reno house we have a problem with dissolved silica and manganese in the water (well) and have to have these ridiculous filter systems.
We have a softener but it seems that it doesn't have the best results.
Probably going to be replacing the unit or doing the bed again.
We had a huge water filtration system in our place on the island. Hydrogen peroxide injector, UV, carbon, pre filtration, softener. Smart tank. Hot water on demand, balancing valves.
OVER KILL.
60 yrs ago it was prime pump, pump handle back and forth to get water.
Heat water on the stove🤣

Good morning everyone

Yesterday hunt was a lot better with headphones. I didn’t score any gold like my buddy did again with an ear ring and gold ring second day in a row. But I’m happy with my silver coins finds. I found my best by far looking silver coin ever right at the bottom of the cut. It must of been high and dry for a long time to be so shiny still unlike the black disc I usually get. I present to you 101 year old standing liberty Quarter.
