I am new to this site, but so far it has been very helpful. I just wanted to post some of my finds. Any help with identification or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Hi! Welcome to the site. Your third piece is really cool. I have only seen 1 like it and it was found in NC, on the VA. Line. The guy that found it says its a hoe. I think your last piece is a hoe of sorts as well. I find pieces all the time just like that one. Made unifaced and crude. Nice find on the curved hoe.

Your second photo.. as you may or may not know is several possible gravers and spoke shave tools. A couple of those may have also been used as perforators or drills... a closer photo would be necessary to know for sure ... but I'm guessing you have them grouped the way you do for a good reason.

I am not sure the curled things are not natural. The other frame well I have not seen gravers like that before . I am not much help as I would say natural. I could be wrong but wanted to welcome you to the forum.

I would say most of those are natural rocks. Some look to be quartz and others weathered limestone or sandstone. Is there any other evidence of prehistoric occupation where they came from?

You are on the right tracks material wise, but ( & sorry to tell you this) the group of Rhyolite are all debrie. Keep looking where you have found them, you 'will' find points &/or tools, trust me. Good Luck.

LOL.
I love asparagus.
Unfortunately that last piece is just a broken stone that doesn't show any singns of human alterations.
Stick with it.. you will get the hang of spotting the right type of material and flaking.
I'm looking forward to seeing a real nice point from you.

Lol, asparagus, eh? You guys are great. My avatar is an old stump with roots attached. I pulled it out of my parents marsh, cleaned it up, sanded it ....and now it hangs on my wall.....I always wanted to name the piece.....I think asparagus is it. Haha.
