Just wanted to see what everyone has, I'm posting all my silver... but just your finds works as well if that's what you want to do, also would like to know age and how long you have been hunting, stacking.

Good luck and HH as we head into this Holiday season, always remember that friends and family will always be a more precious thing than out silver:icon_scratch: Well other than mother In laws, or so I here :laughing7:

Even I know not to post a picture of my stash. I'm paranoid to a point and I could care less if someone broke into my house and took that, but its my mom I don't want someone to hurt. Take my treasures you so-and-so's but leave my family alone. If I had a decent camera or a phone that takes a good pic, I would show my war nickels, all 12 of them, but that's it.

Posting day to day picks of daily finds is really nice. Something to be celebrated and congratulated but to post your entire stash. Naugh, that's going a bit much.

Sincerely, Garoulady

For the simple reason is that it advertises what you have. Its on par with having a list attached to your front door listing your houses contents. If the wrong person sees it,you'll no longer have it.

Eh, I would argue that :laughing7: First it would be the alarm system, than the dog, than the loaded weapon that sits on stand by for emergency purposes, THAN the safe that's bolted into the floor.

.............. but I do understand what you're saying. Better safe than sorry.

Well, those things are not really stash guards specifically... but yes, they all do protect my stash. My dogs not all that mean, but he'll bark. And when he barks, I'm up... and when I'm up.... well, than it's just over for the intruder :)

I have two roosters in our barn. Holy Moly, anything with two legs or four come at them they go for you. I was thinking about hiding part of my stash in the chicken coop but then if they don't stop attacking ME I plan on making them into rooster stew. ouch ouch ouch.

You just gave away the hiding spot, so you can cross that one off the list of potential hiding spots.

Because of thieves? govt? what? curious...

I won't lie, I did post a pic of my stack but its not big... at all. Just started stacking and CRH this month.

Because they are paranoid. After all, your screen name is just like a street address and if you post your "stack" someone will find you sooner or later and snap up your "stack" then poof... no more "stack". If someone is that delusional and paranoid, perhaps they should stay off the Internet all together. It would have helped {possibly} if the thread starter poster their "stack" to start things off but I doubt it

It's very easy to. The OP found some info about me.

Not too bad for an amateur.

I stopped by a couple of coin operated car washes today and cleared out their change machine.
And hit the jack pot

Now I have to figure out where to keep all these clad coins. But one silver coin makes it all worth while.

Wouldn't you agree
