Another way I can confirm an active frequency, is any connection to a Master key frequency.
The written Noun is actively resonating.. My stones and Dowsing rods say so.

Meaning her frequency can be Dowsed and matched to a generated number frequency.

James Randi put up $1,000,000 to any diviner or claravoint who could demonstrate their "powers" under controlled scientific tests and observation. He ran it from 1964 until 2015. Thousands tried but none proved successful. It started as $1,000. Then $10,000. Then $100,000. Then $1,000,000. In 2015 JREF decided to take the accumulated bond value and use it to issue grants. A nice outcome. Randi sadly passed away in 2020. He was a very interesting speaker and very accomplished magician (and toured with Alice Cooper in '73 & '74!)

I understand everyone's disbelief, I've watched many other people Dowse, and none could have proved Dowsing to ME. I had to prove it to myself, by figuring enough of it out!
I am a Apprentice Dowser working toward being a Master Dowser, I am a registered Dowser, I have a card. There is no Dowsing professors or Masters, instructing Dowser apprentice's, and none testing them.
Therefore I have no legit certificate, because no such thing exists.
My word against whomever wants to discuss..
Don't put me in a "Dowsers of the past" category.
I was not cloned, I don't Dowse like them, I can barely relate to their techniques.
There is no reason for me, to fool or mislead anyone.

The Randi challenge was bogus. The odds was astronomical then you had to repeat it then their panel of “experts” decides if you get the money or not. Like winning powerball two times in a row then they can still deny you the money for ANY reason they decide. There was absolutely no way they giving any money to anyone. The final nail in the coffin was you had to show it was “supernatural”. Some scum lawyer thought that one up. Anybody who thought they could beat it was a sucker. Dell Winders was asked to take the test. He said he would give a demonstration. I can’t recall exactly but there were twelve spots and he got like seven or eight out of nine or ten attempts before he gave up saying conditions were deteriorating. Randi knew he could do it and if he had been serious about finding somebody he would have asked Dell to come back but he never did. And of course they never would have paid out. You figure the odds 12 to the 12th power then repeat it. Most calculators can’t even show that big a number.

As for map Dowsers, there might be a handful of real ones in the whole world, and even then they will never be 100% accurate. Nobody, ever! If you hear anyone claim to be, you know they are a liar.
