Where are all the Psychics, Fortune Tellers and Dowsers?

Psychics and Fortune tellers use Talisman, like cards, and crystal balls.
I use a signal called a witness, if it doesn't witness the specific target, no connection line will be drawn.
But I do use some Talisman, but only for enhancement, I don't think targets.

My Dowsing is direct line frequency, not thought nor question.

So where is Nancy?

For most 70 to 80 % Success rate dowsers its not possible to trace unique person IF AND WHEN there are at least several other individuals closer by in distance who look almost exactly the same.
Plus she may not be alive for 2-3 weeks already.
Well, it is actually possible to trace the exact person BUT NOT PROBABLE or likely. These are different things

I have practiced on Dowsing springs, exiting the ground. Dowsing the incoming water.
I Dowse lines, i don't bother figuring what they all are.
I use a plastic water bottle for a witness, and it signals distant water.
I Dowsed some Hz frequencies that connect to water and plastic.
I posted as to how water becomes a matrix of the Elements placed in it.
I learned how water molecules tumble as they travel thru a hose, becoming Dowsable, but at rest, they realign with the poles.
I can Dowse from a dock, over water, or from a boat.
I've chased a target to an Island, signaling Silver from 8 miles away.
But I never drank from a well I Dowsed!

I forgot, I was wrong, Yes, I did drink water from a Dowsed well, I misread the question.

In around 67, my parents bought a vacation property on lake Huron in the thumb. I was ten.
My dad had a Dowser Dowse our water well, and all us 8 kids and parents watched.
He used a forked Willow, which grew in abundance near the waters, twisted backwards in his hands.
A spot was Dowsed, 30 ft. deep open well, always contained water. We used to keep out bait bucket with minnows down there.
The beachfront area was named White Rock, the giant, seagull poop rock that sits offshore.
Story was, it was huge, they held dancing on it, but the Navy used it for target practice, and now it's smaller.
That was my first thought of treasure. I had thought that all the shell casings would be worth something. I had gotten certified diver.
I didn't ever think about dowsing till 35 years after that.
Yes, I drank from a Dowsed well!

He would cut a fresh willow fork. Holding it with both wrists, pointing it towards the stomach, then twist/ invert the wrist direction, for the willow to point forward.
The reason for using willow is because the bark detaches from the wood, a slick joint.
We used to make flutes with these willows, because we could remove the wood.
As he Dowsed, inverted wrists, single willow noodle pointed forward, when he came apon a anomoly, in this case underground spring, the connection would pull the willow down. He would squeeze the wood try to resist, but the bark would slip and split, the strong target indicated. A fresh willow is a swivel rod.

Well, the non- charlatan professionals have been employing the Logical equipment of the FBI, math, and The help of all kinds of scientists, and still no TRACE of Nancy or the perpetrator....
