I released them both. They don't taste good. Lol. There are definitely some huge bass in Floridian and the southern states. Different strain of largemouth.

Yeah the big fish I believe have a special gene that reproduce the large fish in their eggs. I always let the big ones back to spawn. Keep all the big ones and I believe the gene will disappear. Just a theory

C'mon now Rock you know I wouldn't give it up. I'll post some pix in a few. I've been busy and where I moved I have virtually no internet. It's all through my phone. Haven't found much and lost my most productive field. The farmer has dementia and his wife isn't as welcoming as he is. I have caught some nice bass this week. Hey Hey Steve hope all is well with ya. Great idea guys, now we can put faces to all of the hands, finger prints and rocks Its really good to see all of you who we have communicated over the years.
Well this is us, I am the dude, the pretty woman is my love and the little one is my princess. Full time daddy has kept me from posting much, I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Gotta say, I've driven my wife crazy for a few years constantly talking about rocks, especially the small monadnock I get to stare at each winter out my living room window (original source of my geology interest). Compliments of the Driftless Area of Wisconsin's ice age.
