3rd Annual Treasure Hunters Cookout

Aquanut,

good to meet you at the sub-c meeting and sorry didn't have time to talk at Hirams -
Mom and I would love to make the cookout this year as she says..

"God willing and the creek don't rise"

right now one boatyard day at a time...

Bonnie and Jo

Bonnie and Jo,
That's great news! I'm looking forward to seeing you here.

Nice bird finally a chance to talk to someone.

Seriously , I can't make it to your cookout unless you paid the whole way plus my retainer fee.
Still looking to sell our interest in a California/ Alaskan gold ship sunk.
Everyone will know which one this is once we dig into it, but it would be hard to find without me.
Make me an offer......search - treasurerecyclingdevelopment ..water sites offer

twomtns2002,
What in the hell are you talkin' about???
Aquanut

twomtns. Readuing your post I come to the following conclusion . Offering a part of your California treasure ship is a bunch of balony . I have been working 20 years in California and know everything about these socalled treasure ships . Only YOU know about this wreck ? Come on fellow you should change your story a bit . What makes you so important to ask for a retainer fee , just to show up on a nice get together between some real divers and salvagers . And to pay for your traveling cost too ? Boy , you got some ego !!! Are you Gods gift to the crowd you were going to meet at the cookout ? Cornelius

His line about the retainer fee must be a joke. If the gold ship is such a ringer, why sell your interest? Why not put together a salvage operation? You must know something Cornelius doesn't, which is hard to believe.

I agree, if I found a ship full of gold, I wouldnt tell anyone, but my diving buddies. And we would work it. Why advertize that you need money, when you know where there is a bank full of it waiting to be picked up?

:icon_pirat: John, count me in for at least one more person. My sons in the Military and is also a diver. He's currently stationed in Georgia and he wants to meet this great group of Pirates and other characters. He said, he's bring the beer. :icon_pirat:

Hey give the guy credit with the Gold wreck in California. He's trying to get a free ride. That takes planning. Sounds like he should start another penny stock treasure hunting company. I'm sure the investors wouldn't mind paying for his family vacations. Before Jeff yells at me. I didn't mean Odyssey. That one does what it says in it's PR's. See you all at the Picnic. :coffee2:

well you can't blame the guy for trying to get someone else to "pick up" his tab to come to this meeting if he can find a big enough fool to do it. ( because it is morally wrong to let idiots keep their money -- since they will use it for food and shelter to breed even more idiots )--- but to try that tired old trick on this group of folks == please who ya kidding? ;D

Hey, does your son have any idea how much beer they can drink? :icon_scratch: :laughing7:

He said he's in the military! That should mean he knows how much a group can drink. ;D Ever go to a bar with them when they have been dry for a week? Or a month? They try to replace all their bodily fluids with beer/rum whatever. Maybe not all of them! I will be bringing a bottle of rum. Of course I cant drive home with it, so I will be sharing. :icon_thumleft:

Treasure_Hunter, He said, something about divers not drinking because it would interfere with their diving. I think he was bringing the beer for the non divers. LOL :icon_pirat:

We do drink a bit! That's why I usually have some leftovers for breakfast the next day. And I ain't talkin' about food! If anyone feels like they shouldn't drive when the parties over, we'll make arrangements. The last thing we need is bad news. We're getting together for the rare occasion when treasure hunters can share a good time, tell stories, make deals, form new alliances and just generally get together. I want everyone safe and sound!

I've had some change in plans and won't be able to make it. Hope you all have a great time! Maybe I'll catch you at the next get together!

Hey pot, meet kettle!

Inletsurf,
Looking forward to seeing you at the cookout, but don't start a personal feud on my thread if you don't mind.
Aquanut

Inletsurf . I did never ask for a retainer fee , nor did I ask for travelling costs . Are you sure you reread the message correctly ? Or do you only want to start an argument . Cornelius
