Actually, I always thought we had one ... any location on any piece of soil in this country.

I agree!! I grew up in a small town! I know how backdoor deals and secret hand shakes work! If it happens there it definitely Happens with bigger money! I just like trying to know all the facts the whole way up the line. Sometimes it takes a little bit to sink in! lol I think it was a land grab! I have dealt with the BLM quite a bit myself as a gold prospector and business owner in Arizona, and you speak the truth about 99.8% of those in the BLM and USFS being, "about as intelligent as a turnip." I am not saying I agree with everything the government is doing. I am saying that I personally believe this cattleman brought this grief down on himself by fighting an unlawful and unwinnable battle. I don’t believe this is a fight for his “rights” or for “state’s rights.” I think this is just another arrogant cattle rancher that thinks he is God and has the right to do whatever he wants whether the BLM likes it or not.

We may have our differences, but I think you and I would get along just fine and GREATLY enjoy some beer and steaks cooked over a mesquite fire somewhere out in the desert.

And when people do take a stand they will be considered domestic terrorists. I Think changes need to be made! I also believe people should start pulling together in their beliefs! The problem is you would need a huge amount of people. Most are not willing to put everything aside to stand for what they believe!! Like someone in here said before.
