healing up after 10 days in the hospital -- slowly recovering .. massive edema attack

yep had a horrible edema attack -- scrotum swelled to cantaloupe size ... the all the nurses said "you poor man" ....I was on 10 days of liquid IV antibotics to stem the infection that caused it ... nothing to do but eat .....la sux (that French medicine)--- water pills ----and let it "naturally drain" it self out ... out the catherador they put in me as I sit at home for oh 3 weeks or so..happy happy joy joy ...not...

guess my new nick name could be "cannonballs" salis....

Ivan was in the hospital due to his abnormal weight. He weighed 330 pounds. The odd thing about him was his body weighed 165 pounds and his balls weighed 165 pounds. All the nurses and even the doctor didn't know what to do with him.

Then, the chief surgeon walked in and asked what was wrong. The head nurse replied, ''We don't know what to do with Ivan.''

So the chief surgeon took one look and said, "You should put him into a mental institution."

''Why?' asked the head nurse.

"Well," replied the chief surgeon, "take a look at him. Ivan is half nuts."

Ivan, I am so sorry. I rarely read this forum anymore and I didn't know. Among even more serious complications Antibiotic overdoses caused a Hernia, that keeps dropping into my scrotum with my Testicle, even wearing a brace. I also weighed 330 lbs. I lost 28 lbs my last week in the hospital, and another 100 lbs after I got out because I didn't have money for food, and too proud to beg, until it was almost too late. I thank you and my fellow Treasure Hunters for your generosity that kept me alive.

I know your pain. Where there is life, there is hope. Get well soon my friend.

Oh Lord! That's the kind of thing you wish on your enemies!

That's what my friends told me when I was hospitalized for torsional testicles. The last thing I remember was the doctor saying "If they're dead we'll have to remove them", and then I was out.

Woke up in the recovery room with a priest standing over me with a bible. Then he was gone, and a nurse was over me. I managed to ask her "Am I still all here?".

Thank Our Lord, she said "Yes sir!"

Thus I live on complete in structure and necessity!
