I found out years later that my first arrowhead, and my first trapped muskrat were planted by my Dad.

Each one set me off on a life time pursuit. Young people just need a little nudge in the right direction, there are so many bad things to get involved in when you're young.

Labor Day we rented a boat and went island hopping. The boat pulled a 2 foot draft and the waters around Duck Island are 1 foot for awhile. So we dropped anchor and she was our last stop for the day, we sludged thru the shark infested waters and began our initial search. After hours of sun beaming down on us an finding 2 gold Spanish doubloons near the lake (the hook has been set) the wenches and weather demanded our return to our home port......the seed has been planted my friends.......

Maybe this weekend. All of my Spanish doubloons gold and silver have arrived. I received the sharks jaws in the mail, as well as the coolest treasure chest. It has 2 lion heads on the front! We found (2) ahem doubloons last weekend now time for some serious searching. I hope the weather holds up !!!!!!

Thanks I need more costume jewelry. When I placed everything in the chest I had a lot of space. So now we are close to Halloween I think I can finish with handfuls of costume jewelry

Hoping to find some Treasure soon myself... Finally managed to get my AT Gold (sent 4 weeks ago!) out of customs! they wanted to class it as military here! even though I work for an EOD company directly working with the MOD here to reduce their stockpile it was like getting blood out of a stone, my Wife actually managed to get it out of there, she's a Doctor! Like your signature Hawk'N Dirt, I actually used the same Quote for my Author page on Author Page on Amazon!

Hi mate, I am on a contract but destroying Bosnias' War Stock/Unstable Out of Date munitions in the west of the country, I am married to a local Doctor so get home for weekends unlike the sandy place contracts I have been on previously!
