Looks like a very cool place, but I did notice some modern graffiti on one of the walls.

Maybe the Cause of it Being Off Limits.
Also Wondering If It is at Grand Canyon & If he Entered the tunnels ,

It Looks like all he posts are Short Clips .

I'm Thinking Where he Was,
was Not Off Limits, But The Areas he Zoomed in on Were

History is hidden from us, we are deceived and mis-led , narratives are created and popular culture is shaped around those inaccurate versions of 'the past'...
as Voltaire said, "History is a collection of agreed upon lies',
Napoleon offered similar insights and is often accredited with Voltaire's words, Napoleon said 'History is written by the winners',, a very telling little quote.. but even then, how do we know that these quotes aren't also complete fabrications ??... the rabbit hole of history..
All over the world people are taught a version of history that is approved by TPTB and most will accept it without question , they will however doggedly defend it and question anyone who proposes an alternative version of events, even if it is backed up with evidence,, this is cognitive dissonance , the inability to accept that perhaps we were being hoodwinked all along..

These kinds of spuriously narrated videos do a real disservice to the world of archaeology. He hasn’t “snuck into a forbidden canyon” and it’s not in “the American Southwest” (as he suggests at 1:56 from the start).

The footage was shot at the ancient city of Petra in Jordan, along the path to the High Place of Sacrifice on Jabal al-Madhbah (the Mountain of the Altar). It’s a famous Nabatean culture archaeological site and much-visited tourist attraction. One of its features is a pilaster niche on a stepped podium carved into the red sandstone, and that’s what he zooms in on. The bust relief in the upper arch that he shows is of the posthumously deified King Obodas I (Obodas Theos), who ruled from c. 96–85 BC).

Anyone can visit the Petra Archaeological Park, although there are some areas which are off-limits to tourists to preserve delicate parts of the archaeology. There’s absolutely no reason why he couldn’t have shot the video himself but, yes, he's lying by portraying a well-documented archaeological site as some kind of mystery, and with a false narrative.
