The problem is that OT posts typically creep in. It starts with a post about the subject and mentioning a related idea, then someone replies to the related idea and takes it a step further. Within a few more posts the thread has gone completely off course. Not because someone did it intentionally, these threads seem to have a life of their own and some grow very weird very quickly, kind of like the people you see at walmart.

My tekkering friend and her sister were given 2 6-packs of a new Apple Beer, the other week, by the distributor rep, sitting at a red light in traffic.
I NEVER drink beer, but that was some good stuff!
Tasted like Apple cider, not yucky beer at all. :laughing7:

Reds Apple Ale is excellent. A bit like apple juice.
Angry orchard is a bit too tart in a vinegary sort of way.

You should try Strongbow cider! It's the first cider drink I ever had and I love it! It's an import from those limey-chaps, they sure make some good drinks!

I picked up a 6-pak night before last at the store. Woulda cracked a bottle last night, was just too exhausted and fell asleep. It's a little early right now, lol. They had the Hard Mikes and Angry Orchard on sale, I just didn't wanna be hard or angry, so I went with the plain ole apple ale. :laughing7:

AND,..... I'm headed to the friends where we had the apple beer before, I'll take it with me, (see if that's what we had on tomato pie baking day). Her s-n-law got a horse running, #7, 7th race, 2nd fav, 4:1 odd =7, be there at 3:00 race at 4:00 = 7. I think I need to bet $7 and $77. 8-)
