A nice little 2 cts nigerian sapphire. It has a "V-Groove" carved into the back to lighten it up a bit.
BTW, that's dust on the stone, not inclusions!

 
That's very cool! Unusual color! Of course, I don't know much about Nigerian sapphire. It looks like a neat "steel" color...

Looks like a bicolor stone. Not seen to often on the market in saphire.

Nigerian sapphires tend to be on the darker side in my experience. This has a nice medium colour, not to dark nor to light.

When two or more colors occur in a sapphire they are called "Parti sapphires". It's rare to get such a nice separation without much mixing of the colours, though!
Usually the yellow & blue mix to a green and you get a wild mix. Not so desirable IMO.
