One of my brothers who was a lifelong avid hunter used to make sausages from venison and moose meat. Don't know if you make sausage or not but it's worth a shot.

I actually have a couple of cookbooks one for various sausage recipes and another for charcuterie.

Looking for some feed back.....I'm thinking of converting a RV like this into a Cobra transporter.Gutting out the inside of the RV leaves plenty of room for the car.Removing the weight of all the stuff inside the RV will cancel out the weight of the Cobra.The Center of gravity is low enough.The brakes/cooling/suspension/etc. are heavy duty enough.Cut out the rear of the RV,beef it up, and turn it into a ramp for the car.Leave the sleeping quarters as is ,over the cab............Well ?

Does the RV have enough horsepower to pull a short trailer behind the camper rather than do the conversion?

Yeah,its a big V-8.And the weight gain would be marginal, if any.

Looks like a decent solution for someone with limited space. If you're fairly good at carpentry I'm sure you could come up with a more cost effective option with vertical boxes.

You could reduce the center of gravity even more by removing the floor between the wheel wells, unless the cobra is to wide to fit between the wheel wells ? Good news is that you don't have to open the doors to climb in and out of the Cobra. Might mess up the storage compartment area underneath though. I like your thinking as it would make a nice enclosed self contained car hauler. Many moons ago I borrowed my dad's 36' motor home and pulled a trailer behind that, it took 10 years off my life. I was only in my early 50's. Now I CRINGE every time I see some snowbird with a motor home, towing a car trailer, which is pulling a boat trailer behind it. If you aren't happy with the finished product you should be able to sell it to guys wanting to haul their snowmobiles or 4-wheelers.
