Me and the missus will be heading to our favourite fruit & veggie store a bit later for supplies.

Time to dust off the mask and sanitizer....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

To tell you the truth Bill it was always an easy to go for grub. I actually put my grub shopping right up there on the ladder rungs near the top. As living in the GTA for a 1/4 century gave us ample selection of so many great stores for quality foods.
Now over the last decade it has changed, and over this past year it has completely gone south.
I went to the city for the 3rd time since Feb. did the things that I had to purchase as the Mrs does 99% of town runs.
Later in the evening I said I was tired actually from the trip. Not really physical but more mentally exhausted. I put it down as the constant playing of dodge human everywhere it seemed.
The sanitize pre/post touching of things, entering leaving stores. Trying to interact with a salesperson-ask about something-or where it was if they had it.
Nope it's not a fun thing anymore-and looking forward the next trip is coming up quick as the special birthday is on the horizon for the Mrs and me's got to do something.:dontknow:

Bart,

Kind of reminds me of the fall weather in Vancouver, BC on the Pacific ocean. Spent 10 days there on vacation in November many years ago 9 1/2 days of overcast rainy weather probably about 50/55f temp wise but the dampness went right through you.

I'd be practically shaking after going for a walk.

That's it!! You just hit on the answer!!

All that needs to be done is for the southernmost members to invite the northernmost for a month long stay. And vice-versa with the north. That way the southern folks can experience what cold really is and the northerners can experience what hot really means!

Then, when they go home, they'll have better appreciation for the "benefits" of their own climate!

Sort of a climate ex - change!! :tongue3:
