While out on our walk last night we passed a small Elderberry bush and the conversation turned into a query.

"Does Bill do any Elderberries up into preserves?"

Ya I figured as much-cause you'd probably be a tad flushed looking like that fish you're holding in the picture.

Buddy is doing a live edge slab table up for a designer right now-got the first few coats of finish on the slab-now they can't access any more product. (matt urethane)
Looking like he'll have to sand it all down-start again with another product.
He's ready to throw the designer/table out and call it a day.
Just turning the table is a chore at being over 300lbs

We do have an elderberry bush but the missus isn't to keen on the taste of the jelly...I seem to recall we have a jar of syrup around the house somewhere.

It's supposed to be a super duper cold and flu fighter I believe.

Got the bottle of Everclear on the weekend-maybe a Elderberry tincture for colds-either it will cure me-or kill me results.

We have a few bags in the freezer, might reduce it to a jam, make a hard sucky out of them. When it gets up in the 325F+ it gets the Humbug hardness happening.
