Getting DUMPED on with snow!
Tired of shoveling already.
Headed to the shed to look for a tarp for the tractor / snowblower.
Should have bought more dogfood when out to civilization last. Should make three days alright though.

Deer hunting slow. Snow about beat me getting back to truck last time.
Did see legal deer in range. Left the last tempting one alone.
Would have made for an interesting night getting it home!
No regrets ; and instead appreciation for the opportunity.

O.k. , off into the snow again.

2 hrs of fun
Tires were the easy.
Plow is a pain always get one sid in, then the other side is stubborn. One 8" Ash stump fixed that right in.
Now watch I won't see a flake of snow for a month.

2 hrs of fun
Tires were the easy.
Plow is a pain always get one sid in, then the other side is stubborn. One 8" Ash stump fixed that right in.
Now watch I won't see a flake of snow for a month.

Might go out again Tues.. Will have to shovel a path. Then the ramp to blind...
Weather prior is just an invitation to be miserable setting in the snow while wrestling with a deer.

Ya , two sides of the plow equals a fifty/ fifty chance of getting the carriage lined up right. Till it doesn't and the odds plummet. L.o.l... glad that was done on a nice day.
Road needs plowed now but the heck with it. Still soft ground under the snow and I don't need to get out anytime soon.
If a neighbor wants it plowed they can clean off the plow truck.
I'd even let them drive it to get gas!

Well time for me to post critters I found as I worked outside all day today. This is what happens when I am outside moving old wood and deconstructing all kinds of stuff.

Yeah first time I've ever seen one like it in all my years of critter catching. I guess it's a soil centipede they are harmless. Rarely seen. So a cool treat. Feels so neat to hold if one is not scared of such things. I'd keep it it eats tiny little critters I know I'd not be able to provide for it and it'd be a waste really wanted to keep it but I'll release it when it is warm out tomorrow

It's a milipede. Harmless. But will male a foul smelling liquid if scared that will stain your skin yellow and stink a day or so. Same kind we have here. They just eat decaying foliage a beneficiary composter.

I transferred it to the compost pile over the edge of the bank.
